  • All products supplied with a warranty will only be covered by manufacturers defects, misuse by the user such as water damage or dropping the device will void the warranty.


  • No coil in our atomizers will be supplied with a warranty unless it is not working on its arrival.
  • Our tank systems will be covered if they are leaking or not working upon their arrival.

Batteries/Chargers  and MODS

  • All our batteries/chargers  and MODS are supplied with a 30-day warranty.


  • The only warranty we give for our liquids is if the bottles are damaged upon arrival.
  • Flavour is subjective, if you do not like the flavour we will not accept a return for this.

On Sale/discounted products


  • Any products purchased at  a discount price such as a coupon,  sale or clearance will be supplied with a dead on arrival (DOA) warranty only 
  • You as the purchaser will have to inspect the item upon its arrival to ensure it is not defective 
  • The time frame for a DOA warranty is 24 hours from the time the products have been delivered
  • If your item is defective  please contact us within 24 hours and we will begin the return process 




  • All products that need to be returned MUST have a proof of purchase otherwise the return will be rejected.
  • If you are returning a product it is up to YOU to pay all the shipping costs.
